Allen "Pinkie"

Allen "Pinkie" Jacob Cloud, 89, of Summit, MS., who was affectionately known to all as "Pinkie," was born on February 25, 1937, and passed away on March 18, 2026. He was the fifth of nine children born to the late, Viola and Anderson Cloud in Oakdale, Louisiana.
His Celebration of Life services will be held at Hartman Jones Funeral Home, 1801 Delaware Avenue, McComb, MS, on Sunday, March 29, 2026. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a chapel service at 1:00 PM. Bro. Ray Bowlin will officiate and a graveside service and burial date will be given at a later date.
Pinkie worked in the Oil and Gas Pipeline Industy as a General Superintendent and Inspector. Pinkie was so full of life and love and always had a smile and a joke. He was great provider, who enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family. He was a loving hard working husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Kent Cloud; one daughter, Pam Cloud.
He is survived by his loving wife of over 34 years, Monica; her daughters, Tina Burleson of Jayess, MS, and Vicki Maldonado (Lino) of Niceville, FL; his daughter, Kathi Byrd (Frank) of Oakdale, LA; his son, Chris Cloud (Danette) of Pine Prairie, LA; his sister, Lola Marie Courville of Eunice, LA; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
