Ann Burch Barber, 75, a resident of Magnolia, MS passed away at St. Tammany Parish Hospital on October 13, 2023.  Visitation will be held on Monday at East Union Baptist Church from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and will continue on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until services at 11:00 AM.  Burial will follow in East Union Cemetery. Hartman Jones Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements. Rev. Brandon Lynch will officiate.

Ann was born on June 10, 1948 in Magnolia, MS to Albert Phelps and Melvie Morgan Phelps.  She was a member of East Union Baptist Church.  She enjoyed time spent gardening and shopping.  She will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two sons Joe Bramlett and Michael Bramlett, two sisters Dot DeJean and Melda Harrell.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years David Barber of Magnolia, a son David Barber (Ashley) of Vicksburg, MS, one grandchild Jesse Fontenot , along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
