Brenda Kelly Burch, 68, of Summit, MS passed away June 18, 2024 at St. Dominic's Hospital in Jackson, MS surrounded by her loving family.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 21, 2024 at Hartman Jones Funeral Home from 5 PM until 8 PM, continuing Saturday, June 22, 2024 at Hartman Jones Funeral Home from 12 PM until services at 2 PM. Burial will be at Fellowship Baptist Church. Dr. David Millican and Dr. Randy Burdeaux will officiate. Hartman Jones Funeral is in charge of arrangements.

Brenda was born in McComb, MS to her parents Dollie Ware Kelly and the late Dess Kelly. She was a registered nurse and started the certified nursing assistant program at Southwest MS Community College, teaching the program for 30 years. She was a woman of faith. She grew up at Fellowship Baptist Church and as an adult, she became a member of Central Baptist Church. Her children and especially her grandchildren were the joy of her life. Brenda's life can be summed up with titles of love. First, she was a nurse, then a wife, then a teacher, then a mother, and finally her favorite title was "BB!" No sacrifice was too great for the people she loved.

She is preceded in death by her father; and one sister, Linda Kelly

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Victor "Andy" Burch Jr.; her daughter Kelly (Jason) Edmondson; her son Steven (Jordan) Burch; her mother, Dollie Ware Kelly; four grandchildren Griffin Burch, Mabry Burch, Tatum Edmondson, and Rylee Edmondson; one sister, Patsy (Tim) McGrew; two sister-in-laws Louise McCaskell and Barbara (Ralph) Carter; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Steven Burch, Jason Edmondson, Greg Hood, Greg McCaskell, Brian McCaskell, and Luke Lowery.
