Mr. Clarence Leroy Lentz, Jr., 86, a resident of Summit died at the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Friday, August 5, 2022.

No services are planned at this time. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

He was born January 17, 1936 in Vicksburg, Mississippi the son of the late Clarence Leroy and Elizabeth Lentz.

He was a retired school teacher and a member of the First Baptist Church of Summit.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Jason Parrish and one sister, Peggy Smith.

Mr. Lentz is survived by his wife, Paula Noble Lentz of Summit; three daughters, Jennifer Whatley of Summit, Deleslynn Barlow of Brandon, Mississippi, and Lauren Lyall of New York, New York; his beloved pet, Minnie; 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren.
