Claude James Terrell, 76, of McComb, MS passed away April 20, 2023 at SMRMC in McComb, MS.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at the First Christian Church of McComb from 10 AM until services at 11 AM. Dr. David Millican will officiate and burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery. Hartman- Jones Funeral Home of McComb is in charge of arrangements.

Claude was born on January 21, 1947 in Tylertown MS., to the late Edwin Eugene Terrell and Virginia Brumfield Terrell.

Claude worked for and retired from the Illinois Central Railroad and the CN Railroad and was an Elder of the First Christian Church of McComb. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of forty five happy years, Dell N. Terrell, one daughter Lori T. McKenzie (Dan), one son James Judson Terrell, two grandsons Brandon and Taylor McKenzie and one granddaughter Megan McKenzie, two great-grandsons Blaze Nash and Liam Wallace and one great-granddaughter LeeAnna Wallace, one brother Joe Terrell (Pat) one nephew Jeff Terrell and one niece Kim Terrell.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Christian Church general fund 415 Delaware Ave, McComb, MS 39648.
