Cynthia Ann Taylor Juban, 74, of Liberty, MS went to be with her Lord and Savior in the early morning of August 30, 2023. A visitation will take place Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Tangipahoa Baptist Church at 3 PM until services at 3:30 PM.

Cindy was a resident of Baton Rouge until 2021 when she moved to Liberty, MS. Cindy was born on October 25, 1948 to T.H. Taylor and Loretta Nixon Taylor King.

She was a member of Florida Boulevard Baptist church of Baton Rouge. She was an active member of the choir and Sunday school. She had a love for people knowing the Lord and infectious smile was her gift to all. She was apart of the Central High School Class of 1966 in Baton Rouge, LA.

Cindy was an insurance adjuster for 35 years in Baton Rouge, LA. She was a mother, sister, aunt, nana, friend, and most of all, a faithful servant to our Lord Jesus Christ.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents and parents; her sister, Penny Wroten; brother, Howard R. King, Jr.; and stepbrother, Dallas Ray King.

There left to cherish her memories are her son, Henry James Cockerham, Jr., his wife Susan, two granddaughters Nancy Jane and Molly Ann Cockerham; one brother, Andy Taylor, wife Betty; sisters Karen King Caston, husband Randy, and Pam Frost, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.

The family asks for prayers as they have difficult days without her. Her family has peace in knowing that her home now is in heaven. We all have comfort knowing she will be watching over us in an eternal home with that beautiful smile that we all loved.
