Cynthia Collette Valentine, 68, of Smithdale, MS passed away on October 14, 2025 at the SWRMC in McComb, MS.

A memorial will be held at Ebenezer Methodist Church in Franklin County (4596 Bogue Chitto Rd. S.E McCall Creek, MS). Bro. Toby Jones officiating on Saturday October 18, 2025 from 10:30 AM until 12:00 PM. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb is in charge of arrangements.

Collette was born June 18, 1957 in Boston Mass., to the late Wilfrid Bourgeois and Bette Jo Valentine and later adopted by T.F. Valentine.

She is preceded by her parents.

Survivors include her two sons, Josh Spring (Jessica) of Bogue Chitto; Justin Spring (Sarah) of McCall Creek; one daughter Traci Spring of Smithdale (James McNeil); and step-Son Jamie Spring (Ashely) of McCall Creek;  twelve, grandchildren, Dillon, Jackson, Dakota, Hayden, Chase, Madelyn, Marina, Brice, Isabella, Levi, Zoey and Abygail Spring; two Sisters Melanie Turner (Tim), Misti Youel (Jeff); one brother Truman Valentine with numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
