Darald Eugene Boyd Jr., 62, a resident of McComb, MS, passed away on June 26, 2022, at his mother's residence in McComb.

Services will be announced at a later date. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb will be in charge of arrangements.

Darald was born on January 4, 1960 in McComb, MS. He was the son of Darald Eugene Boyd Sr. and Elaine McCullough Bacot.

Darald retired from the Cable company as a technician and was a member of Central Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son. He loved to fish, tinker with cars and play with the grandchildren. His family said he just " loved life and lived it to the fullest". He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

He was proceeded in death by his father and one daughter China Marie Boyd.

He is survived by his mother, his wife April Carr Boyd, one son Dustin Carr (Kara), step-daughter Sierra Carr, half-brother Tommy Boyd, step-sister Hilda Bacot, five grandchildren Dustin "Man" Carr Jr., Chevy Carr, Christina Holloway, Brantley Carr and Breanna Carr who he raised from birth and was the light of his eye, having raised her like a daughter and with numerous other nieces and nephews.
