David Lee Martin, 84, of Osyka, MS., passed away on August 1, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

David was born on February 17, 1940 in Cass, MN. He is the son of the late, Jonathan M.  and Dorothy A. Minske Martin.

David was  a retired foreman in the Tree Service business and a was of the Baptist faith. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grand and great-grandfather. He loved the outdoors, especially working his garden and watching the birds. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Martha Sue Martin, one brother, Sam Thomas, two sisters, Mary Ann Martin and Betty Lode.

He is survived by his son David A. Martin, one daughter Angela F. Casanova (Frank), two sisters. Phyllis Larson and Carol Budde, five grandchildren, Andrea Gaudet (Andy), Brittnee Billiot (Daniel), Chelsea Baublitz (Brian Jr.), Whitney McDaniel and Cody McDaniel, six great-grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews.
