Delanie Guidry Dardar, 67, a resident of Liberty, MS; passed away on February 17, 2022 at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor in Golden Meadow, LA from 9:30 AM until funeral mass at 11:00 AM.  Local arrangements are as follows, Saturday, February 26, 2022 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church; visitation from 9:00 AM until a memorial pray service at 11:00 AM.

Delanie was born on September 11, 1954 in Houma, LA to Herman Joseph Guidry and Josephine Pitre Guidry.  She was of the Catholic faith, and gave to many charities.  Her grandchildren were her world and she enjoyed cooking and baking for her family.  She loved them and they in return loved her.  She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her sons Hanson Dardar, Jr. and Kristofer Dardar, her sister Kathleen Margaret Guidry, her son-in-law Dean White and numerous aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years Hanson Dardar, Sr. , her daughters Amanda Dardar (Victor) of Tylertown and Adrianne White (William) of Brookhaven,daughters-in-law Freida Dardar of Osyka and Toni Dardar of Bayou Blue, LA, daughter and son in love Dollie Thibodeaux (Mickey) of Larose, LA and Ammar Diri (Nebal) of Kenner, LA, grandchildren Skylar  (Spencer), Brett, Jobey, Abbey, Kristen (Cody), and Alyssa Dardar, Emily and Michael White, and Savana White-Davis, along with many grandchildren in love, great grandchildren Brayden Coll and Ebben Coll, along with numerous other relatives and friends.
