Cassels "Coach" Wilson's Obituary
Delos Cassels “Coach” Wilson, 80, a resident of Summit, MS passed away on October 2, 2026 at SWRMC surrounded by his loving family.
A visitation will be held Monday, October 5, 2026 at Hartman Jones Funeral Home from 5 PM until 8 PM, continuing Tuesday, October 6, 2026 from 12 PM until services at 2 PM. Rev. Vernon Butler, Rev. Dellie Robinson, and Rev. Curtis Brewer will officiate. Hartman Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Cassels was born on September 16, 1946 to the late Bernard Wilson and Ottomese Cassels Wilson. He coached basketball at North Pike High School for 36 years.
He is survived by his wife of 56 loving years, Debbie Brewer Wilson; two sons Todd Wilson and Nic Wilson; along with other relatives and friends.
