Dwayne Worthy, 53, a resident of McComb, MS; passed away February 28, 2025 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025 at Hartman Jones Funeral Home from 9:00 AM until memorial services at 11:00 AM   Hartman Jones Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Dwayne was born on March 04, 1971 in McComb, MS to Evie Lee Worthy.  He was a member of Navilla Baptist Church. He worked at Peterbilt of McComb as a parts manager for 35 plus years.  He enjoyed fishing, and shopping at Marshalls.  He loved his fur babies Peanut, Tip, Sparkles, Ali, Buckshot and Snack.  He was an avid outdoors man who spent many hours on his tractor.  He loved his family and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother, and a brother John Phillip Worthy.

He is survived by his wife Jodie B. Worthy of McComb, his children Grayson Hewitt of McComb, and Greta Whittington of McComb , a grandson Ashton Foy, nephews Drew Worthy (Courtney) of Prairieville, LA, and Van Worthy (Brianna) of Denham Springs , LA, a sister-in-law Paula Decoux of Summit, MS, along with a host of friends.
