Mr. Jackie E. Roebuck, 79, a resident of Jayess, Mississippi, died at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 30, 2022 from 10:00 AM until funeral service at 12:00 Noon at Hartman-Jones Funeral Home. The Reverend Jerry Smith will officiate. Military graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the Sunrise Baptist Church Cemetery in Carthage, Mississippi.

He was born January 25, 1943 in Philadelphia, Mississippi. He was the son of the late Nelson "Red" Roebuck and Alberta Dooley Roebuck.

He was a retired policeman and security administrator and served in the United States Marines.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Mary Magee.

Mr. Roebuck is survived by four daughters, Shawn Roebuck of Danville, Indiana, Stephanie Sanfelice and husband, Jason of Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, Michelle Moore and husband, Chuck and Nicole LeFenre and husband, Marc all of Phoenix, Arizona; one brother, Rayburn "Buddy" Roebuck of Jackson, Mississippi; three sisters, Betty Holden, June Perez, and Nell Price all of Jackson, Mississippi; one son-in-law, Donald Roach; 14 Grandchildren and many Great-grandchildren.
