James F. Smith Jr., 55, of Magnolia, MS., passed away on September 17, 2024 at his residence.

Arrangements are incomplete at this time with Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb.

James was born on October 27, 1968 in Pike County, MS. He is the son of the late, James F. Smith Sr., and Bessie Ravencraft Smith.

James was a retired Computer Technician at SMRMC in McComb. He enjoyed anything related to guns and watching sci-fi movies. He was a caring, dedicated caregiver who will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister Laura Ann Smith; along with aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his cousins Kelly W. Ard (Shannon) and Kelvin D. Carter (Peggy); along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Shafer, Erica Shafer.
