Jeff W. Rawls, 63, a resident of Magnolia, MS, passed away on March 18th, 2024 at his residence.

A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Bala Chitto Baptist Church from 10 AM until services at 12 PM. Hartman Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Walthall, MS on May 22nd, 1960, member of Bala Chitto Baptist Church, Jeff loved the Lord. He loved the outdoors, loved bush hogging on his Ford 5000 tractor, loved hunting, and feeding his deer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Curtis Ray Rawls, his mother Patsy Cade (Patricia Rawls); grandparents Ruby and Aubrey Strickland and Marie "C.C." Rawls; brother-in-law Shelton Kennedy; sister-in-law Marlene Kennedy; brother-in-law Wayne Kennedy; Uncles Willie Rawls (Jerrye Kaye) and Jerry (Carolyn) Bullock.

He is survived by his loving spouse of 42 years, Janice Rawls. She describes him as "the love of her life". He is also survived by his brother Bruce Rawls and sister-in-law Donna Rawls; sisters Connie Rawls and Dee Dee Keith and brother-in-law Casey Keith; sister-in-law Faye Kennedy; uncle Dalvis Rawls; aunts Bobbie Rawls and Patsy Rawls; uncle Russell and aunt Rachel Wallace; brother-in-law Paul Kennedy and his wife Jessica; nieces and nephews Christopher (Allison) Rawls, Curtis (Courtney) Nunnery, Corey (Kimberly) Nunnery, Cole (Shelby) Nunnery, Joshua Kennedy, Johnathan Kennedy, Melanie Sumrall, and Jace (Leah) Rawls; along with a host of extended nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A special friend who was like a brother Rodney Tiner and a beloved pet Tippy.
