Jeremy E. Pickett, 38, a resident of Smithdale, MS; passed away July 28, 2022 at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.  Private services will be held at a later date.

Jeremy was born in Centreville, MS on July 24, 1984 to Phillip Earl Pickett and Sharron Bradley Pickett.

Jeremy attended Franklin County High School, and furthered his education by receiving a degree in engineering.  He worked as a tug boat captain.  He was an enthusiast when it came to motorcycles, he loved to ride.  Jeremy was a United States Army Veteran and enjoyed his time traveling, fishing, and being with his family.  He had a host of friends, his bubbly personality was infectious.

He is preceded in death by his father and his grandparents Raymond and Donna Bradley and Elton B. Pickett and Vera Myers Pickett.

He is survived by his mother Sharron Pickett of Smithdale, his fiance Samantha Etheridge of Smithdale, his children Angel-Skie Pickett of Palmer, Alaska; Carmin Banks of Smithdale, MS; Jayden Pickett of Palmer, Alaska; Raydin Banks of Smithdale, MS and Skylin Banks of Smithdale, MS, along with numerous other relatives and many friends.
