Jerry Carruth, 76, a resident of McComb, MS., passed away on June 7, 2026. at the SWRMC in McComb, MS

Services to be announced at a later date. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Jerry was born on February 2, 1950 in Darlington, LA., to his parents the late, Edward T. and Janie Redmond Davis Carruth.

Jerry was a Propane delivery driver and was of  the Baptist faith. He never met a stranger and enjoyed talking to everyone he met. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and floating the Bogue Chitto River. He loved his dogs and his cats. He was a wonderful and loving  father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend whom will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister Dorothy Jean Taylor.

He is survived by his wife of twenty five happy and loving years, Kathy Carruth; six children Jody Carruth Rodriquez (Benjamin), Jennifer Carruth Hodges (Devon), Laurice Lambert (Randall), Jeana Sanders (Pat), Jody Morgan (Ashley), and Jonathan Carruth; thirteen grandchildren Benjamin, Nicholes, Selena, Christian, Penelope, Alexander, Eli, Elijah, Balin, Logan, Arianna, Jody Lee, and Sandra; three great-grandchildren River, Tripp, and Dalia; along with other relatives and friends.
