Jerry J. Jones, 77, of Osyka, MS passed away on March 11, 2024 at his residence. No services to be announced at this time.

Jerry was born on July 4, 1946 in Magnolia, MS to the late Jerrymire Judson Jones and Vera Oglesby Jones.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved his dogs, especially Toby Jo. He was a veteran of the United States Marines. He retired from the oil field after over 40 years. He loved spoiling his grandbabies.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Gene Jones; one sister, Judy Jones; and one great-grandchild, Laurel Joan Givens.

He is survived by his wife of forty happy years, Paulette Jones; one son, Justin (Yolanda) Jones; two stepdaughters, Darla (Greg) Frerichs and Donna (Darin) Givens; one brother, Steve (Cathy) Jones; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
