Jimmie Marie Norwood formerly of McComb crossed over and passed away May 7,2024. at her home in Lewisville, TX.  A day short of her 87th birthday.

A private family only service to be announced. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb is in charge of arrangements.

She was a good mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She was a long time employee of Texas Instruments / Raytheon. Born May 8, 1937.

Daughter of Bertha Magee of McComb and George McGill.
Survived by her son William D. & Jan Norwood, Jr and her daughter Richelle Norwood.

She is survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and numerous stray cats.  She is already missed.

She will be buried at Smyrna Cemetery also known as Bridges Cemetery 819 Old Holmesville Rd, Tylertown MS next to her mother."
