Juanita Chisolm, 89, of McComb, MS., passed away on July 15, 2026 at SWRMC in McComb, MS.

Visitation is Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 11 AM until services at 12 Noon at Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb. Pastor Jeffery Conn will officiate and burial will be in Montgomery Cemetery.

Juanita was born in Amite County, MS on July 27, 1936. She was the daughter of the late, Wiley and Ellen Jackson Freeman.

Juanita was a homemaker and a member of The Church of Healing Hearts. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She enjoyed Bingo with the "Young at Heart Group" of her church. She opened her heart and home to many children and made a big impact on their lives. She will be sadly missed by those who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Chisholm Jr., her daughter, Betty Sue Reid, her son, Billy Joe Chisholm, three brothers, Willard Taylor, James Freeman and Loyd Freeman, four sisters, Avis Etheridge, Elona Chisholm, Nannie Lee Coleman and Gracie Mae Morgan.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa D. Davidson (Robert), five grandchildren, Mallory (Stephen) Boyd, Philip (Victoria) Monier, Joseph (Corban) Reid, Michael Reid and Ashley (John) Ghorley, eleven great-grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Reid, Michael Reid, Stephen Boyd, Robert Davidson, Wesley Boyd and Lester Smith Jr.
