Kevin G. Petersen, 66, of McComb, MS passed away October 26, 2022, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Services will be held at a later date. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb will be in charge of arrangements.

Kevin was born December 23, 1955 in San Francisco, CA to the late Martin A. and Jane Gillespie Petersen.

Kevin worked at Wal-Mart in McComb and was a member of North McComb Baptist Church. He was a graduate of the class of 1974 from Serra High School in San Mateo, CA. He was a wonderful and loving husband, step-father, grandfather, brother and friend. He made jewelry and enjoyed painting and other artistic endeavors. He will be greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him especially his pets.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife Annie Arnold Petersen, two step-children Carrie Jackson-Akki and Donald Jackson; two brothers Richard Petersen (Bonney) and Robert Petersen (Mark) one grandchild Leo Akki with numerous nieces and nephews.
