Linda Leglue Dier, 62; passed away on March 30, 2022 at her residence in Osyka, MS.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Progress Baptist Church and will continue on Monday, April 4, 2022 from 9:00 AM until services at 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will be in Progress Baptist Church cemetery. Bro. Billy Simmons and Bro. Richie Fortenberry will officiate. Hartman Jones Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
Linda was born on October 12, 1959 in McComb, MS to Nolan Leglue and Daisy McKee Leglue.
She was a member of Progress Baptist Church. Linda lived life to the fullest. Her quick wit and amazing sense of humor was sure to bring a smile to anyone's face that she encountered. She loved capturing special moments for everyone in her life. She operated her own photography business for many years and helped so many people to have lasting memories. Linda was a loving wife, an amazing mother, and a friend that anyone would love to have. She laughed loud, smiled big, and loved without ends. The center of Linda's world was found in the hearts of her grandchildren. They brightened her life and she nourished theirs.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her mother and father-in-law Ray and Mary Strahan, a brother Philip Leglue and a brother-in-law Kenneth Dier.
She is survived by her husband Anstin Dier of Osyka, her daughters Shannon Brumfield (Mark) of Tylertown, MS and Christi Wunstel (Dustin) of French Settlement, LA, a step daughter Anna Dier of Hammond, LA, her brothers Nolan Leglue (Sharen) of French Settlement, LA; Henry Leglue (Nancy) of Wilmer, LA and Jeffery Leglue (Gretchel) of Mt. Olive, MS, her sisters Diane Marmon (Connie) of Greensburg, LA and Dorella Milligan (Vince) of Denham Springs, LA, her grandchildren Ashley Allen (Zach Stinson); Brenden Allen; Braxton Brumfield; Kinleigh Wunstel, Courtney Brunfield and Zane Dier, along with numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
Pallbearers will be Joey Grice, Dale Allen, Kelly Dier, Jason Mote, Al Robinson, and Chuck Rimes
Honorary pallbearers will be Zach Stinson and Brenden Allen
