Obituary

Graveside services for Mrs. Lydia Ann Page, 67, will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, October 27, 2023 at the Kennedy Cemetery in Magnolia, Mississippi.  Mrs. Page, a resident of Port Allen, Louisiana, died at her residence on Saturday, October 14, 2023.  Visitation will be from 9 till 10:30 A.M. Friday, October 27, 2023 at the funeral home.

She was born January 29, 1956 in Houma, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Nelson Paul Sampey and Gladis Rosamond Maddux Balsamo.  She was a housewife and a loving, devoted mother of three, grandmother of 9, and great-grandmother of 4.  She had a kind and caring heart.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Terry Page and one brother, Steven Paul Sampey.

Mrs. Page is survived by two sons:  Todd and wife, Brittney Page of Harvey, Louisiana and Toby Page of Port Allen, Louisiana.  One daughter, Tara Page of Port Allen, Louisiana.  Two brothers:  Emmett and wife, Kathy Sampey of Hammond, Louisiana and Nathan and wife, Sarah Sampey of Tampa Bay, Florida.  Three sisters:  Linda Marie and husband, Allen Coplin of North Carolina; Romona and husband, George Pfister of Ponchatoula, Louisiana; and Wendy and husband, Doby Bourg of Cut Off, Louisiana.  9 Grandchildren; and 4 Great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be:  Todd Page; Toby Page; Blaine Page; Terry Page; Corey Rada; Emmett Sampey; and Emmett Sampey, Jr.

Burial will be in the Kennedy Cemetery with Hartman-Jones Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
