Lyle F. Bandurski, 65, a resident of Niles, MI, passed away at his winter home in McComb, MS on February 9, 2026.

Lyle was born on March 30, 1960 to the late Amil and Jean Bandurski. He was an avid Harley rider and loved to attend rallies around the country. He was a master slate roofer with Midland Engineering out of South Bend, IN over 40 plus years and received numerous national awards and recognitions including the National Roofing Association Highest Honors. He traveled all over the country roofing, even going as far as working on the campus of Notre Dame, to Birmingham, to the state capital of Nebraska where he met his life partner Colleen. Lyle was a caretaker of the elderly in Niles where he spent the majority of his life. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his life partner Colleen Tworek of Niles, MI; his two brothers Stacy (Donna) Bandurski of Venice, FL and David (Marla) Bandurski of Bridgman, MI; his sister Gina (Dennis) Bowersox of Cleburne, TX; his beloved cat, Scaredy Cat; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
