Manuel Price, 67, a resident of Fernwood, MS; passed away September 21, 2023 at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb, MS.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at Hartman Jones Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until services at 1:00 PM.  Burial will follow in Navilla Baptist Church Cemetery. Dr. David Millican will officiate.  Hartman Jones Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Manuel was born on April 24, 1956 in McComb, MS to Herman Price and Mary Annis Stewart Price. He was a member of Navilla Baptist Church.  Manuel was a dedicated driver for Asplundh Tree Company for many years.  He spent time working in his yard, he loved the outdoors, catching alligators, and fishing. He enjoyed family events and watching football, Ole Miss and the Saints were his teams.  He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend.  He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters Betty Tarver, Edna Andrews and Donna McKenney, brothers-in-law David Causey and Harris McKenney.

He is survived by his sons Junior Price of McComb, Herman Price of McComb, and Jason Price of Fernwood, sister Hannah Causey of Summit, a brother Herman Price (Audrey) of McComb, grandchildren Madison Freeman and Parker Freeman, brother-in-law Jimmy Dale Andrews, along with numerous other relatives, nieces and nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Ray Brumfield, Cole Causey, Matthew Sellers, Anthony Roberts, Richard Mackenzie and Cory Lowe.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
