Mildred I Summerall, 68, a resident of Liberty, MS passed away at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on July 2, 2024.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Hartman Jones Funeral Home and will continue on Wednesday from 8:00 AM until services at 10:00 AM.  Burial will follow in Nunnery Cemetery. Hartman Jones Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Mildred was born on November 21, 1955 in McComb, MS to John Wesley Hart and Mary Prudence Chisholm.  She was a member of Thompson Baptist Church.  She loved to cook and enjoyed the time with family eating. She enjoyed being outdoors, gardening and canning the produce.  She spent time tending to her flowers and shrubbery.  She loved getting dressed up and wearing her perfume.  She enjoyed watching birds, especially cardinals.  She loved family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she will forever be remembered for the showering of gifts on every holiday.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her stepfather Nolan Patt, her husband Willard Summerall, Sr., her siblings Lillie Dickerson, Odom Hart, and Jessie Hart, her in-laws Clint (Junior) and Marie Summerall.

She is survived by her children Willard Summerall, Jr. (Lisa) of Liberty, Jackie Summerall (Mary) of Meadville, and Chris Summerall (Mandy) of Liberty , a sister Ida Ray Stout of Summit, grandchildren Anthony Summerall, Lacey Fair (Jeremy), Katie Dunn (John), Zack Summerall (Meagan), Hunter Summerall, Austin Summerall, Carly Holden, Camryn Summerall, and Skylar Summerall, great grandchildren Ridge Dunn, Avah Dunn, Gus Fair, Payten Summerall, Hagen Kirtfield, and Hyde Kirtfield, along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be:  Hunter Summerall, Austin Summerall, Zack Summerall, Dusty Sumerall, Stephen Fenn and Paul Fenn.

Honorary pallbearer will be Thomas Fenn.
