Ricky Darrell Jackson, 68, of Summit , MS., passed away on July 22, 2026 at his home surrounded by his loved ones.

Visitation will be Saturday August 1, 2026 from 10 AM until services time at 11 AM at East Fork Baptist Church. Bro. Mike Vosbrink will officiate and burial will be in the East Fork Cemetery. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb is in charge of arrangements.

Ricky was born in McComb, MS., on June 25, 1958. He is the son of the late, Allan J. and Azalea Martin Jackson.

Ricky was a retired Medical Technologist and a member of East Fork Baptist Church. Ricky was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed outdoors, gardening and his tractor. He will be sadly missed by his family.

He is preceded by his parents, a son, Brandon Jackson, one brother, Ronnie Jackson and a sister in-law, Linda Jackson.

He is survived by his loving wife of forty four happy years, R. Shawn Jackson, one daughter, Megan McCaskill (Landon), two brothers, Tommy Jackson (Jean) and Billy Jackson, one granddaughter, Alayna C. Hebert with numerous nieces and nephews.
