Kevin was the firstborn child to Robert and Linda Beard on October 26, 1963 in Meridian, MS. In his 59 years, he brought much joy to their lives while living in several states and creating many memories that will be forever cherished. Finally residing in Jayess, MS to work alongside his father and brother until his father could no longer work. Then he returned to the oil field industry. His departure leaves a huge emptiness in his parents heart.
He married Renea Lucas Beard on June 20,1986 and enjoyed many adventures throughout their 36 years of marriage. Kevin loved doing life with her, his family, and his friends while enjoying each experience.
His two sons made his life the most enjoyable. Robin Lee Beard was his firstborn who gave him his grandson, Dawson. Dawson became his world. Life was short for each of them, but is looking forward to meeting again to pick up where they left off. Robin met Jordan and her two children, Rose and Kate, who made Kevin a Special Pops. Their second son, Dallas Hunter Beard was just as special to Kevin as the first, just uniquely different. Both sons have made their father proud to be called dad. Morgan Lucas is a special nephew that Kevin loved after the loss of Morgan's mom and spent much time with.
Also, survived by his sister, Kim and David Clark along with their children, Jessica and Jason Hays, Alana and Zachary. Taylor and Molly Clark and Evie. Also, Daleree and Ashton Clark. He leaves behind his brother, Jonathan and his sons, Braiden and Brock.
Also, left behind to cherish his memory is Lathyrl "Turkey" and Faye Lucas along with their children: Lathryl and Molly Lucas and children, Tanner, Lexi, Jackson and Maggie. Ryan and Rhonda Lucas and Carley.
Kevin enjoyed playing the role of son, father, brother and uncle in the lives of each individual as he taught them to hunt, fish, play baseball, ride a motorcycle or carpentry. He had patience to train all who would let him. His love for conversation was not limited to a few, but whomever could find the time to listen. His stories, adventures and pranks, will forever be remembered and shared with the generations to come.
Life has been short for Kevin, however, He made each day count.
Those to welcome him on the other shore are his grandparents, Robert and Annette Beard, Eddie Long, Ruby Long and sister-in-law Kim Lucas.
"May your house and your heart always be too small for your family and your friends," is truly how Kevin lived his life.
