Robert C. "Bobby" Morris, 74, of Liberty, MS gained his wings on August 24, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday August 26,2022 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Hartman-Jones funeral home of McComb. Visitation to resume Saturday from 11 AM till services at 2 PM at the funeral home. Rev. Cory Morris will officiate and burial will be in Clay Hill Cemetery in Liberty, MS.

Bobby was born in Forrest County, MS on February 3, 1948 to the late RC and Flossie Mae Kelch Morris.

Bobby drove an ice cream truck for many years and after retiring delivered papers for the Enterprise Journal for about fourteen years. Bobby loved fishing and hunting and will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his father and mother in-law that he loved so much James and Lorena Duncan, and a brother in-law Joseph Flanders.

He is survived by his wife of fifty three years Marie Duncan Morris, one son James R. "Jim" Morris (Melinda), one sister Sandra Flanders of Georgia, three brothers Paul Morris (Denise) of Summit, Phillip Morris Georgetown, MS and Chris Morris (Lisa) of Brookhaven, MS with numeorus nieces, nephews and special friends Wayne McDavid of Alabama and James "Bo" Hughes of Magnolia.

Pallbearers will be Gary Rushing, Randy Rushing, Lamar Rushing, Kevin Rushing, Rodney Shaw and Devin Chapman.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Hughes, and Casey McInnis.

Many thanks to Hospice Compassus they loved Bobby with all their hearts and were such a comfort to our family, they are forever in our hearts.
