Robert D. West, 62, a resident of Smithdale, MS; passed away September 6,
2023 at his residence.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 11, 2023 at Hartman Jones
Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until services at 2:00 PM. Graveside services
will follow in Mt. Olive Baptist Church cemetery. Hartman Jones Funeral
Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Robert was born on January 31, 1961 in Texas to Thomas William West and
Martha Frances Weeks West. He worked for many years as an over road
truck driver with A&R Trucking. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and
loved the time spent with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter Zoe Nikol Weber,
a brother James Martin West, a sister-in-law Bobbie Smith West, a niece
Madison Paige Nicholson.

He is survived by his daughter Julie Marie Weber (Justin) of Gonzales, LA,
son Paul Cedotal (Kristien) of McComb, MS, a brother John West of
Smithdale, MS, a sister Tammy Jo Wilson (Kenny) of Summit, MS,
grandchildren Tobey Kaine Weber, Trinitie, Lisa, Laci, Kaci, and Gracelyn
Cedotal, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Clay Wallace, Jason McCullough, Devin McCullough,
Jeff Walters, Kyle Brooks and Jeff Brooks.
