Sandra Tynes, 74, a resident of Sun, LA, passed away at SWMRMC on May 5, 2024.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Hartman Jones Funeral Home from 11 AM until services at 1 PM. Burial will be at Bonnie Cemetery in Angie, LA. Rev. Trent Bilbo will officiate.

She was born on January 4, 1950 to Doyle and Onetha Blackwell in Jackson, MS. She was raised in Angie, LA. She was a grandmother of two but a MawMaw to many. She will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, Doyle and Onetha Blackwell; her husband of 54 years, Lawrence Tynes; and her son, Paul William Tynes.

She is survived by her daughter Lacey Philebar (Dean), and two grandchildren Spencer and Liam.

Pallbearers will be Dean Philebar, Chad Magee, Caleb Spinks, Lance Nettles, Casey Holmes, and Jay Gill. Honorary Pallbearers will be Liam Philebar and Shae Hall.
