Sherry M. Jackson, 51, of Summit, MS., passed away on June 21, 2025 at SWRMC in McComb, MS.

Sherry was born March 5, 1974 in McComb, MS., to the late, Murry Quin and Juanita Rayborn Travis

Services will be announced at a later date. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb is in charge of arrangements.

Sherry was a homemaker and a member of the Faith and Deliverance Church in Norwood, LA. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She enjoyed painting and putting puzzles together, she enjoyed creating cartoon characters and riding along with her sister for hours in the car. She will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Katty Nicole Jackson, her brother Marcus M. Klines and one sister Elizabeth M. Travis.

She is survived by her husband of twenty nine years David Jackson Sr.,one son, David Jackson Jr., one daughter Averyanna Jackson (LaTarrence Quin), two brothers, Quin Travis (Tammy) and Johnny Travis, one sister Emily A. Travis, three grandchildren, Loyalty Williams, Thaila Travis, and Dazarion Williams, four sisters in-law Rose Travis, Tammy Travis,  Ernestine Dillon and Essie Dunn, a godmother, Mary Cosse', four nieces, Crystal Travis, Jasmine Travis, Lakriss Jackson and Candace Jackson, three nephews, Johnny Travis Jr., Antonio Jackson and Anthony Travis nephew/son, great-nephew Kash, her best friend, Helen Reed with numerous other nieces and nephews.
