Thomas David Ratcliff, 70, a resident of McComb, MS; passed away suddenly after fighting a long illness on December 17, 2023 at his residence.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 22, 2023 from 12 PM until services at 2 PM at Pisgah United Methodist Church at 2048 MS HWY 570 West in Summit, MS. Bro. John Underwood will officiate. Hartman Jones Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Thomas was born on March 10, 1953 to the late William L. Ratcliff and Eunice Stockton Ratcliff.  He was a truck driver for many years. He loved watching rodeos. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. Thomas was retired from the National Guard after 20 years of dedicated service. He loved his fur babies, Star and Sunny. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son Erik Ratcliff; three sisters Gloria Ratcliff, Patricia Barnett, and Alice Casey; and two stepsons, Chuck and Mark O'Brien.

He is survived by his wife Cecelia Smith Ratcliff; his stepchildren, Erin O'Brien, Stephanie Turnbo (Ralph), Randy Ray (Judy); one nephew, David Keith Casey; one sister, Bonnie Davis (Ron); many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
