Tyler Chance Rawls, 25, of Magnolia, MS passed away Saturday September 17, 2022 at his residence.
Visitation will be Thursday September 22, 2022 from 12:00 PM until funeral service at 2:00 PM at Bluff Springs Baptist Church 5027 Magnolia Progress Rd. Magnolia, MS. Rev. J.R. McBeth will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery. Arrangements will be under the direction of Hartman Jones Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Ryan Smith, Cameron Fortenberry, Jase Fortenberry, Dustin Rape, Alex Breeland, Clay Wallace, Jacob Russell and Jacob Phelps.
Honorary pallbearers are Tyrone Burris, Swain Brent, Shelby Brent and Hunter Blailock.
Tyler was born on February 14, 1997 in McComb, MS.
He was a foreman for Coastal Corrosion Control where he worked for six years. Anytime you met Tyler, he would greet you with a firm handshake. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved life, spending time with friends and family making them laugh. He was a family man above anything else and he absolutely loved his boy Brantley.
Tyler was preceded in death by his paw paw Jr. Rawls and his grandparents John and Carolyn Batte.
He is survived by his wife Taylor Rawls of Magnolia; son Brantley Rawls; mother Robin Rawls of Magnolia; grandmother Judy Rawls of Magnolia; brother Shelby Brent of Magnolia; aunts Lisa Burris (Tyrone) of McCall Creek; Rhonda Sumrall (Tracey) of Tylertown; uncle Tracy Rawls (Kathy) of Downsville, LA; great aunt Annette Hales of Magnolia; mother and father in law Barry Nicholson (Stephanie) of Summit; brothers in law Bentley Duncan and Barrett Nicholson; and numerous other relatives and friends.
