Wanda L Dunaway, 73, of Pricedale, MS passed away July 27, 2025 at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Bogue Chitto Baptist Church, Pricedale.

Wanda was born in McComb, MS on October 2, 1951 to Doyle and Norma Jean Price.  She was a member of Bogue Chitto Baptist Church of Pricedale.  She was a true horse whisperer, winning many Mississippi Futurities, and Louisiana Rainbow competitions. She enjoyed time with her family and she will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Michael Dunaway and a sister Celeste Price.

She is survived by her son Daniel Dunaway (Jocelyn) of Pricedale, grandchildren Miranda, Kara, and Mia, along with numerous other relatives and many friends.
