Obituary

William "Chris" Lenoir, 43, a resident of Magnolia, MS; passed away suddenly on May 30, 2022 at his residence.  Visitation will be Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at First Baptist Church Magnolia and will continue on Friday, June 3, 2022 from 9:00 AM until services at 11:00 AM at the church.  Hartman Jones Funeral Home will handle the arrangements.  Dr. David Millican will officiate.

Chris was born in McComb, MS on October 10, 1978 to Jim Lenoir and Judy Chapman Lenoir.  He was a member of First Baptist Church Magnolia. He worked for McComb Diesel as a body foreman.  Chris was a dedicated father doing anything that would make his children happy.  He coached his children in all of their activities.  He was an avid supporter of the Elite Sports Academy Softball Program.  Chris enjoyed dirt track racing and all things outdoors.  He was a wonderful husband, father and friend.  He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his mother, his paternal grandparents William Walter Lenoir and Roberta T. Lenoir, his maternal grandparents Clarence Chapman and Mavis Ditto, his first cousin Bobby Lenoir, an uncle Randolph Lenoir and a cousin Randy Lenoir.

He is survived by his father Jim Lenoir of Magnolia, his wife Kelly Holmes Lenoir of Magnolia, his children William Austin Lenoir, Davin Lenoir and Madison Lenoir all of Magnolia, his brother and sister-in-law Brad Lenoir and Lacy of Guntersville, AL, along with many other relatives and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be:  Matthew Thompson, Garrith Lungsford, Jeffery Jones, Corey Temple, Eric Tarver, Don Price, Paul Henning and Andy Lott

In lieu of flowers donations in Mr. Chris Lenoir's name can be made to the Elite Sports Academy Softball Program 1063 Shady Lane Dr. McComb, MS 39648 .
