William "Bobby" Minor, 66, a resident of Independence, LA; passed away March 21, 2025 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, LA.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Hartman Jones Funeral Home in McComb, MS from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.

Bobby was born in Memphis, TN on October 19, 1958.  In his early life you could find him on a dairy farm, later on he would become a truck driver until his retirement.  He was a jack of all trades, there wasn't much he couldn't fix especially if he had some duct tape.  He enjoyed tinkering with old lawn mowers and collecting junk.  He was a man who loved to wheel and deal and trade you for just about anything.  He never met a stranger he knew someone every where he went.  He was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his wife Crystal Minor, his parents Carl and Myrtis Holden and his brothers Clarence Minor and David Minor.

He is survived by his children Daniel Minor (Rachel) of Denham Springs, LA, Karly Varaksa (Tony) of McComb, MS, Amanda Minor of Prairieville, LA, Colt Harrington of Amite, LA and William Minor, Jr. of Amite, LA, grandchildren Rayne, Makayla, Zander, Bailey, Laci, Sophia, Wyatt and Weston, his sisters Mary Lois Smith (Jeff), and Gladys Pourciau (Douglas).
