Winnie D. Palmer,68, of McComb, MS., passed away on March 23, 2024 at SMRMC in McComb.
Winnie was born on April 1, 1955 in Magnolia, MS., to the late William F. and Mary Dear Decanter.

Winnie was a homemaker and a member of Bala Chitto Baptist Church. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother and sister. She enjoyed dying her hair red, cooking and baking. Winnie would remember her brother John, who is in a nursing home, to send him flowers for his birthday. She will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She is preceded by her parents, and her husband, Lonnie Palmer.

She is survived by one daughter Mary Rebecca Marie Ravencraft, three brothers, John Decanter, Emmett Decanter and Jimmy Decanter, one sister Sheila L. Anderson with numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be her church members.
